Welcome to the VR Wellness Check!

The VR Wellness Check is a self-assessment tool for vocational rehabilitation (VR) agencies to determine their progress in achieving the gold standard practice in multiple domains related to the quality program and performance, and fiscal and resource management of the VR program.

The VR Wellness Check can be completed by an individual or group of individuals in a VR program. While the tool can be completed by more than one person in the VR agency, we ask that you identify which version will be the official version by checking the box at the beginning of the process. Each completed assessment results in a report of where the agency is at in achieving the gold standard established for each area. The reports can be used by the VR program to identify strengths and areas in need of further development through training or technical assistance. The tool will help VR programs identify where they may need to implement quality management strategies and practices that will result in improved service delivery and outcomes for individuals with disabilities served by the VR program.
